What our staff are saying about Simico

Our size is our strength

Simico is a boutique organisation that strikes the ideal balance...not too big to lose the personal touch, and not too small to limit our capabilities. We’re just the right size, allowing us to deliver exceptional and tailored staffing solutions while maintaining the agility to meet our client’s unique needs.

Sustainable pricing that works for everyone

Our rates are set well below the NDIS pricing limits meaning you get more service, more support, more care and ultimately more moments that matter. Competitive pricing doesn’t mean we compromise on quality. Our services are tailored and our staff are qualified, vetted, and highly experienced

Superior care round the clock

Life doesn’t happen between 9 to 5. This is why we operate 7 days a week from 5 am to 11 pm.

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that someone will always be on-call to assist.
